Payment, Pricing and Delivery
Requests are filled in the order electronic Forms are received.
Once you receive an email that I reserved tickets, please submit payment within 5 days via check, Paypal or Venmo.
~ CHECK - Please mail or drop off checks made out to Debbie Alsebai at: 11 Morton Road, Milton, MA 02186. Important! Please include the performance & date on the memo line of the check!
~ PAYPAL - Please send payments to: email@example.com (under Deborah Alsebai) and select “Payment: Friends & Family” (this method does not charge me a fee and if you transfer the $ from your Bank Account you won’t have to pay a fee either!)
~ VENMO - Please send payments to: @DebbieAlsebai ~or~ firstname.lastname@example.org
Usually tickets are released to me from Group Sales one month prior to the show. I will mail them to you via USPS. For some shows I can get last minute tickets, in which case I will contact you.
When I first offer tickets I charge $10 per ticket commission. 30 days before a show opens and my initial order is complete with the theater I can often still get tickets at the group rate and will then charge $20 per ticket which is most often still less than the Box Office. If you need a date and time that I do not have an order for, I will try my best to fulfill your request, for an additional $5.
Sometimes people can no longer make the date they bought tickets for, they have extra tickets, they misplace their tickets, etc. I can usually find a buyer for extra tickets, get reprints of tickets and buy more tickets. Depending on when you ask and if the tickets have already been processed with Group Sales, I may keep the initial commission or charge a flat fee. Each situation will be handled independently.
