Ticket Requests
Requests are filled in the order electronic Forms are received. 

Ticket Payment
Once you receive an email that I reserved tickets, please submit payment within 5 days via check, Paypal or Venmo. 

     CHECK - Please mail or drop off checks made out to Debbie Alsebai at: 11 Morton Road, Milton, MA 02186. Important! Please include the performance & date on the memo line of the check!

     VENMO - Please send payments to: and select “Payment: Friends & Family” (this method does not charge me a fee.)

Ticket Delivery
Usually tickets are released to me from Group Sales one month prior to the show. I will mail them to you via USPS. For some shows I can get last minute tickets, in which case I will contact you. 

When I first offer tickets I charge $10 per ticket commission. 30 days before a show opens and my initial order is complete with the theater I can often still get tickets at the group rate and will then charge $20 per ticket which is most often still less than the box office. 

Please Note
Sometimes people can no longer make the date they bought tickets for, they have extra tickets, they misplace their tickets, etc. we can usually find a buyer for extra tickets, get reprints of tickets and buy more tickets. Depending on when you ask and if the tickets have already been processed with Group Sales, we may keep the initial commission or charge a flat fee. Each situation will be handled independently.

for 2024 Shows

Ticket Assignments 
Good news! Tickets can now be chosen right from the seating chart. No back-and-forth with forms, emails or texts. Available seats will show color-coded on the chart according to price, and once chosen, will turn gray and be unavailable. Seats are first come, first served.  

Ticket Payment
Once you choose your seats you will be asked for payment. You can choose a major credit card or PayPal. 

Ticket Delivery
All Group Sales tickets from the Boston Opera House and the Emerson Colonial are now sent by email only. Usually tickets are released to us from Group Sales approximately one month prior to the show. You will receive an email of the ticket at that time. 

When we first offer tickets we charge $20 per ticket commission. 30 days before a show opens and our initial order is complete with the theater, we must return all unsold tickets to the box office. On rare occasions, we may be able to get tickets after that time, but as it will require working individually with Group Sales, we will then charge $25 per ticket, which is most often still less than the box office. 

You can now purchase Ticket Insurance for $7. This covers you for a variety of situations. For specific details,  click here.

If a conflict arises and you cannot make the original date you chose, you can now Exchange your tickets up to 35 days before the first performance of a show, with no penalty. You can change your seats, change your date, 
or change to a different Show.
